Anil Kumar heads the Product Design and Development Team at CIFD. He holds bachelors in economics and post graduate diploma in management from IIM Bangalore. Over the past 11 years, he has worked in various domains including e learning, media, internet, and financial services and worked on implementation assignments involving setting up businesses, laying down processes and implementing micro finance projects at a mass scale. His interest areas are in exploring commercially viable business models for inhospitable terrains and the integration of agri value chains as a channel for financial inclusion.
Virendra Singh Shekhawat is CIFD’s Senior Product Manager. Over the past 8 years, he has worked on various financial products including car loans, two-wheeler loans, and Agri-business loans. His previous work assignments involved opening up new business avenues for Sonalika Group NBFC in Gujarat, Maharastra and Rajasthan. Other significant assignments were with ICICI Bank Ltd, Centurion Bank of Punjab and Indiabulls Financial Services. His areas of interest lie in developing a microfinance culture among the poor as well as designing appropriate financial products that help low-income people to manage their livelihoods.
Subrata works in the capacity of a Senior Financial Analyst and responsible for the development of analytical frameworks, data modeling and portfolio analysis. He is a post-graduate in Economics from University of Calcutta and has worked in the areas of Livelihood, Education and HIV/AIDS. Prior to joining CIFD, he was working with for a US-based Hedge Fund as a Sr. Research Analyst. His interests lie in 'Using mainstream financial markets for the betterment of the disadvantaged section of the society'.
Divya has joined the product design team as a Product Manager. She is currently responsible for the Pregnancy Financing product. Divya holds a bachelors degree in Textile Technology from Anna University and a post graduate diploma in management from Institute for Management and Research (IFMR), Chennai. Her areas of interest lie in the Development sector and Banking.
